mail/bogofilter*: change default database

* The default version of mail/bogofilter now uses LMDB instead
  of Berkeley DB. It is not compatible and cannot read databases.

* bogofilter was renamed to bogofilter-bdb
* bogofilter-lmdb was renamed to bogofilter

* MOVED/UPDATING entries included.
