net/nbdkit: Update to 1.44.3 

* Update WWW (old URL points to the unmaintained repository).
* Pet portclippy/portfmt.
* Remove unnecessary patch for --without-linuxdisk (there is an option
  for this called --disable-linuxdisk).
* Add ZSTD option.
