print/texlive-texmf: Remove latex-dev from distribution

As per the request from upstream remove latex-dev distribution from the
pkg. Due to how fmtutil processes files this was using latex-dev while
having latex in the tree.

For ports users there might be a slight delay between the distfile and
when this commit lands.
