Changes:
 - Fix 'Z' randomly showing in various places and breaking functionality
 - Use ISO 8601 date format in more places (logs)
 - Use system ruleset 4 for creating jail and allow override with
   DEVFS_RULESET
 - Web: Sort latest date first
 - Raise tmpfs_data limit to 2GB
