graphics/opensubdiv: pet OpenMP handling (+) 

Make OpenMP suppport OPTIONal
Add patches to pass OpenMP flags to consumers if enabled [1]
Mark OPENCL option as prevented to build examples
Bump PORTREVISION to force rebuild consumers with new flags
