java/openjdk8: (aarch64) builds fine with llvm from base

ran poudriere on FreeBSD 13.3/14.0/14.1/15.0
all failing ports mentioned in the issue are building fine now:
 benchmarks/scimark2
 devel/tijmp
 sysutils/javaservicewrapper
 www/jericho-html
