emulators/wine-gecko: Package 64-bit upstream MSI

So far we packaged the 32-bit upstream MSI both on i386 and amd64.
Now differentiate based on architecture.

This changes amd64 packages, so bump PORTREVISION.

It backports revision c1a8aaa4 from emulators/wine-gecko-devel.
