      Updates to build system. DIG6 toggles every second. ice40 module is initialised. unsure if it functions yet
      
      ----------------Makefile updates---------------------
      IMPORTANT: The makefile does not always detect changes to header files and does not detect changes to itself.
      If unsure use: make all
      
      New makefile targets:
      
      make flash
      	- builds the source and flashes using openocd and stlink-v2
      
      still working:
      make all
      make clean

      -------------Debug Scripts--------------------------
      
      * To debug the target first open two command prompts:
      1st prompt:
      	openocd -f dbg.cfg
      
      2nd prompt:
      	arm-none-eabi-gdb -x debug.gdb
      
      * gdb will connect to openocd and use it as a server. openocd performs all the communication with the target.
       All debugging operations are now performed on gdb, openocd simply runs in the background
      * debug.gdb script commands gdb to reset the target and wait at the first instruction. type 'cont' to run the target.
      * To reset the target type:
        monitor reset halt
      
      * When finishing the debug session, close gdb before killing openocd

      It was easier to take this from a previous project than to write delay routines from scratch.
      It's original purpose was to:
      1) Provide accurate elapsed time information
      2) Allow tasks to be executed at precise time intervals. This is not currently of use in this project

      ------------ Change to load script name------------
      stm32f10x_hd.ld replaces mystorm_rom.cmd. The name was modified to be inline with STM's naming convention.
      This is the location script that maps the input sections to the physical output sections.
