Documentation: Get the documentation for the project hosted on ReadTheDocs.org.

What is the Feature Request in Detail?:

Need to figure out what format is required. Can we auto convert from Markdown to the required format? What kind of stuff is needed to make ReadTheDocs work and how do we update it? We also will need it to work with Version support.

Have you thought of alternative implementations?:

Just leave the docs in the repository as markdown.

No.
