FEAT: Update visible sections on homepage

As a User, I have to be able to choose :

• Which sections I want to display or not on my homepage (to improve homepage readability and productivity by getting an information quicker)
  • Projects section and Tasks section can be disabled simultaneously (Team members should always be able to check their tasks)
• Change the priority of sections to move them up or down

This functionality should be accessed on the homepage itself. With a switch button they can toggle to display or not a section and another button to move a section up or down.
