Consider Auto Registration to pvp_cmdrs for non members

A potential issue, there's a lot of string names. For all commanders found in logs, automatically create PVPCmdrs for them and link against these. For auto creation, set a flag to distinguish from actual PVP bot users on our discord.

Allow users of bot to look up these names with !stats randomCMDR.
