Add a migration path from Nitmod

• be able to seamlessly migrate xp and ranks from Nitmod to WolfAdmin
  • probably by reading Nitmod's own sqlite database
• read data from nitmod/nkey.dat client-side to recognize migrated users
  • if possible, ask permission from the player to send the NGUID and save the answer somewhere
