IBO transactions with incomplete signatures
Below is a list of BlackCoin burn transactions (ids) which were confirmed during the nominal time of the IBO, but are not IBO-eligible according to the original rules:

For most of them, we can extract addresses and the information that the “locked for” field is zero. What is missing is the complete signature, but in case of an unlocked account it is not really needed (though useful in the sense that it proves that the user is in posession of a valid keypair).
Therefore we may want to acknowledge these transactions, for each of them deducing amount of fee which would be additionally needed if the transaction contained a complete signature in case of a simple address (simple because, in particular, apparently there were no other transactions using complex addresses during the IBO, so likely this is also the case).
Note that there are no transaction outputs for locked accounts and which contain incomplete signatures.
