Dataset after Homology Reduction

Hi, thank you for this wonderful resource with multimeric structures. We were trying to compile something similar, and many efforts have been saved.

Regarding the provided datasets, I wanted to ask if you still had the dataset generated after similarity and homology reduction within each oligomeric state. This corresponds to Section 2.1.1 in the paper. If the dataset is not available, any steps to generate the same will also be appreciated!
