Looked at what is needed to loade Keen 5 & 6 and got them somewhat loading in the process. Music is not working (the bit where we attempt to figure out the map-song table doesn't work quite right), and all of the sprite objects tend to not have the right images since those are hardcoded. Version matching, offsets, bitmaps, and sprite IDs should probably all move to a central location.
