Make Xcode Build

Remove unnecessary files and update the project.

Long time no talk! I've been keeping up by watching the emails this whole time (including the ones from SourceForge saying there's a message waiting in the moderation queue that I still get), but I haven't hardly had a good working Mac for probably 5 years, and also the last time I looked at this I had no idea how to fix it after you split half the project off into the GsKit stuff.

Anyway, this builds but it crashes almost immediately. I think it has something to do with GsKit looking for the fonts, but I'm not sure how that all works to figure it out. It would be neat if possible to get this to actually run again on Mac. I just figured I'd submit this and say hello since it's been a long time.
