Floating Rain Flower doesn't produce mana

Bug - While regular rain flowers produce mana, once the flower is changed into a floating flower, they no longer produce mana

Reproduce - Connect a mana pool, spreader, floating rain flower and toggle rain. Expected the flower to produce mana, but has not.

This has been the case in a single player world and server.
