Only first byte of each 32 bytes is written to AM2732B
When writing to an AM2732B (@DIP24) with the TL866II plus, only the first byte of each group of 32 bytes is being written. The code that is being written is the correct code for the specific locations. In other words, 31 bytes are simply being skipped continuesly.
