Cosmetic problem with LGOP in dumb interface

When using the dumb interface and "Leather Goddesses of Phobos" is started, two spurious newlines are printed just after going NW or NE to enter a restroom at Joe's Bar. This is what's supposed to happen, which is what the curses, SDL, and X11 interfaces do:

Joe's Bar
   An undistinguished bar, yet the social center of Upper Sandusky. The
front door is almost lost amidst the hazy maze of neon that shrouds the
grimy glass of the south wall. Doors marked "Ladies" and "Gents" lead,
respectively, northeast and northwest.
   You feel an urge.

Gents' Room
   This filthy bathroom belies the existence of disinfectant. A single
toilet and sink are the only fixtures. More breathable air can be found to
the southeast.
   You can see a stool here.
