Delay in starting sound effects on NetBSD and OpenBSD
If sfrotz is built on NetBSD or OpenBSD, everything works except that there is a delay of around .75 to 1 seconds before a sound effect begins playing. This does not seem to change with repeated plays. For instance repeatedly play the violin in Sherlock -- the delay is still there.
I'm slating this for completion after 2.45 because at least sfrotz works on NetBSD, just not ideally.
