Adding a multiplier to nudge numbers closer to the desired values.

The DTMF spec allows for a 1.8% +- tolerance.  As-is, my numbers are
about 1.01% off spec, which is within tolerance, but I want more.
Using these multipliers, I can nudge the tolerance a bit closer.
