Add the use of differentiated traffic among nodes

I would like to be able to add a differentiated traffic between a node pair. For example, if we take germany, I would like to make the traffic between Berlin and Munich bigger than the traffic between Ulm and Stuttgart. That way we can have for each pair node a different traffic
