Image Server possible issue with UV

I tried with support with UV but they say it is possible the problem with my Image Server on Omeka S.

Omeka S version 4.1.1 is installed within a Docker environment, along with the Universal Viewer module (most recent version: 3.6.9, updated January 29, 2024). The IIIF Server and Image Server modules are also installed (most recent versions)

Universal Viewer works fine in most cases, but I'm experiencing an issue with the download option located in the bottom left corner. After clicking on Curent View option I get "Page not found. Cause: error-controller-cannot-dispatch". Could it be some kind of misconfiguration on the Image Server side? All my settings are default for Image server.
