Keep PseudoTV running without CLI open

This is probably a stupid question but I'm not very well versed in all of this stuff.

Anyways, I got everything up and running perfectly but I was wondering if it's possible to keep the PseudoTV server running even without the command line open. As of right now I just open up command prompt from the Pseudo directory and "npm start" and then just minimize the window.

Running on Windows 10
