Create a wiring diagram of the ENTIRE Wendigo control system

Need to trace through and document what wiring goes where, I have a partial pinout diagram of the control panel but it is partially outdated. It would be nice if we could use a software like Multisim or EagleCAD to create the schematic so we could version control it in the repo and maintain it in the future.
