Create a self contained VI that generates the wendigo pathing instructions.

Create a VI from the existing Navins Frontpanel and Navins InstucLogic that will allow for easy user input for the instruction path. This VI will eventually be launched from the asp front panel. This Vi should also utilize the (as of now unfinished) path file saving that functionality so that we can preload paths.
