Currently the platform accommodates components and users can choose for themselves to tag their components to be accessible. This is a bit too prone for the label of "accessible" holding no value, so we should only let certain people tag components as being accessible. For this we need a user-role for "accessibility-expert". This role should then only be given to people that have a known record as a11y-experts. This was one of the conclusions of a discussion with @marloes_bosch
