Update public docker images

Currently, the public docker images are 2 years old and hosted in an organisation named "hsrcodepanorama".

ToDo:

• Rename or create a new docker namespace "codepanorama" (possibly better alternative: Use a gitlab image registry within the project)
• Push the updated images there
• Update the deployment guide to reflect this
