Allow the user to specify multiple local volumes within which local repositories may reside.

Currently, local repositories may only occur within the one local volume specified within the docker-compose.yaml file.

Suggested improvement: It would be convenient if multiple such volumes could be specified so that the user does not need to edit the docker-compose.yaml file and restart when he wants to run an analysis on repositories that are located at a different location locally.
