doesnt block some & tags

Some unnecessary tags after the & symbol are not properly removed from links.

example: https://www.indeed.com/cmp/Fidelity-Investments?campaignid=mobvjcmp&fromjk=e45fc40ad0214028

and actually now that I am looking at this, the campaignid tag is also unnecessary. Why was it not removed?
