Add rule to remove xmt tracking parameter (missing in ClearURLs)

Hello,

According to AdGuard URL tracking rules, the xmt tracking parameter should be removed. Currently, ClearURLs does not filter it out.

Example rule in AdGuard filters:

$removeparam=xmt,domain=threads.com|threads.net

Please consider adding a similar rule to ClearURLs so that the xmt parameter is stripped for these domains.
