Epapers "Parameter Ref not given"

Prerequisites

• Can you reproduce the problem in a fresh firefox profile with only ClearURLs?
• Are you running the latest version of ClearURLs?
• Did you change settings under about:config?

Description

Some epaper instances (I couldn't find out which epaper software they are using) rely on ref parameters in urls. Some examples:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go on the epaper page
2. log in, if necessary

Expected behavior: pages load

Actual behavior: pages do not load. Error: "Parameter Ref not given"
