Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to https://www.mlb.com/news/dave-martinez-brings-camels-to-nationals-camp-c267470018
2. Observe that the inline video doesn't play with only ClearURLs extension installed in latest default firefox v70.0 (64-bit) on Windows 10

Expected behavior: Inline video loads and plays

Actual behavior: Inline video doesn't load/play
