Export list of accompanying periods

When running the export ListAccompanyingPeriod, it should give a list of accompanying periods that have participations (persons) that belong to certain 'centers' that I have selected.

However AMLI signaled that this list also always seems to include the accompanying periods for which the user executing the export is the referrer, even if these periods (and their participating persons) do not belong to any of the centers that were selected.

In short, all periods to which the user is referrer are always included in the list no matter which centers are being filtered out.
