Simplify using RHEL/CentOS 9 as a guest

We have received feedback from users that using RHEL/CS9 as a guest is difficult compared to other guests.

Currently, a large part of the guest documentation is describing how to convert an ISO to qcow with UEFI enabled. https://sigs.centos.org/virt/tdx/guest/

It would be more user-friendly if there was a prebuilt UEFI-enabled qcow2 image to leverage. Is there one that already exists or can it be created?
