CentOS+RDO booth at FOSDEM 2023

This is a planning document for the CentOS+RDO booth at FOSDEM 2023

FOSDEM has published stand buildings. We are in building H, which is not the same as in the past. See also the FOSDEM map.

Before the event

• Secure a booth with FOSDEM organizers.
• Get table runners for CentOS and RDO.
• Order swag. (What are we bringing?)
• Fill out staffing grid.

Swag list

• 300 winter hats
• 150 mugs
• 150 t-shirts
• Possibly some old-logo stuff

Staffing

Note that the distributions devroom is on Sunday, which will make Sunday staffing difficult.

Volunteer to staff by adding a comment with your desired slots. We'll add you to the grid. Please feel free to staff slots even if somebody is already there. It's always useful to have multiple people.
