The symptom is that the content is not up to date with what is being served on https://mirror.stream.centos.org/9-stream/. The stale content contains broken symbol links in `/9-stream/BaseOS/x86_64/iso/`, where the files that the symbol links named `CentOS-Stream-9-latest-*` points to are missing. Some of such rsync upstreams I discovered are - m1.apnh1.aws.centos.org - centosb17.centos.org - mref1.aps1.stream.centos.org - mref1.apn1.stream.centos.org - mref1.apse1.stream.centos.org
