Description

New Build Targets:

• storage9s-ceph-umbrella-el9s
• storage10s-ceph-umbrella-el10s

Tags:

• storage9s-ceph-umbrella-{candidate,testing,release}
• storage10s-ceph-umbrella-{candidate,testing,release}

Inheritance similar to the storageXs-ceph-tentacle-* variants.

External repos: base, appstream, CRB, and the respective EPEL9 or EPEL10.

Include centos10s-buildroot to storage10s-ceph-umbrella-el10s and centos9s-buildroot to storage9s-ceph-umbrella-el9
