Move Hyperscale SIG docs source from pagure to gitlab

CentOS Infra issue/request

We (Hyperscale SIG) have migrated our repos from pagure.io to GitLab. Our docs used to live in https://pagure.io/centos-sig-hyperscale/sig, I imported them to https://gitlab.com/CentOS/Hyperscale/docs.

I'd like to request a change to the sigs.centos.org docs builder config, to start pulling docs from new Git upstream.
