Request: Add new SSH key for OKD / SCOS bootimage sync to cloud.centos.org

Hello CentOS Infra team,

This issue is a follow-up to the previously completed work in
#1588 – Making CentOS Stream CoreOS available, which enabled serving SCOS artifacts under:

https://cloud.centos.org/centos/scos/9/prod/streams/

The original access and automation setup was handled with a different engineer who has since left, and the systems/SSH keys previously used are no longer available.

Request
We would like to set up a new, dedicated SSH key to be used by the OKD/SCOS delivery pipeline for syncing bootimages (rsync/ssh pushes) to the above location.
