Description

When installing IBM Power 10, and having to play with SR-IOV adapters, we realized that while SR-IOV would be a solution to properly support bridges, only one logical SR-IOV port can support that setting, meaning that only one LPAR using that nic on Power 10 would be able to be configured for transparent bridging. The other method we can use is just to deploy macvtap based networks, as a workaround around that SR-IOV limitation on IBM Power 10 hosts
