Description

We recently got warning on gitlab.com/CentOS :

Your Opensource subscription will expire on 2025-10-13

Your Opensource subscription for infra will expire on 2025-10-13. If you do not renew by 2025-10-13, you can't use merge approvals, code quality, or any other paid features.

We should ensure that :

it's properly renewed
documented, including at the CentOS Board level
ownership of the /CentOS namespace/group on Gitlab is correctly defined and reflected

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
