Description

While waiting for network, we can still prepare "logically" the future layout of machines/services in rdu3. Especially true for bootstrap infra/deployment there and so start thinking about specific dns zones, etc Adding all that into Ansible and we'll iterate on network subnets/ranges when we'll have details
