[CBS] systemd packages tagged as testing have not been published to mirrors for a few days

We have automation building systemd test packages on a continuous basis, e.g. latest build: https://cbs.centos.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=62640

It's tagged as testing, however the latest available in the mirrors is from last week

Is something broken in the pipeline?
