Init new x86_64 Dell Servers in rdu3 DC

New Dell servers for RDU3 DC are available in DC. already opened racking ticket and hopefully we'll be able to just get access to idrac and so configure firmware updates/idrac settings and alerts/perc raid arrays After that we'll be able to setup OS , mainly used as hypervisors for other services
