WSL image builds fail with "Unsupported file type"

The latest WSL standard allows images to end with .wsl instead of .tar.xz This allows Windows to realize they are WSL images and install them easier. Kiwi knows how to create WSL images that end in .wsl and that is what AltImages is trying to do. For scratch builds, everything builds fine. I think the problem is when koji tries to tag the images in. We get BuildError: Unsupported file type: CentOS-Stream-Image-WSL-Base.x86_64-10-202507151507.wsl

Here is a build that built the images, but failed with that error https://cbs.centos.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=5075817

Can .wsl be added to the koji image type.

I also think we are going to have the same problem that we had in this older ticket, in that the web server(s) aren't going to know to show the .wsl files. #1509 (closed) Can you fix that while you are at it? If you want a seperate issue for that, I can do that.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
