Request for Casual Penguins to sell CentOS branded shirts

Casual Penguins would like to permission to sell CentOS branded Hawaiian shirts.

I have read through the trademark guidelines [1] and specifically the section Use in relation to non-software goods and services. There is gives guidelines on websites, and books, but nothing else.

There is a point in the Unacceptable Uses in that section that states "Use of the CentOS Marks on promotional goods for sale."

The term promotional goods, and it's relation to the other parts of the section, particularly books, makes it seem like this is dealing with pamphlets and/or flyers, and not dealing with things like shirts and/or swag.

I am asking the Board to clarify the guidelines on the CentOS trademark and logo specific to merchandise, swag, or non-software goods. I am also asking that the guidelines be formatted such that allows Board granted permission to use the logo and/or trademark on merchandise, swag, or non-software goods. Fedora's guidelines are a good example. [2]

Once that is done, I am asking permission for Casual Penguins to sell merchandise with the CentOS Logos on it.
