Related to #546 (closed), I've realized that categories in the standalone CardBook window (opened with the command line parameter -cardbook like "c:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Thunderbird\thunderbird.exe" -cardbook) don't have borders. Those basic appearance of tags are defined by Thunderbird itself with the file messageHeader.css. Simply loading of the file looks to solve this problem.
