Add localized version name of piroor

YUKI "Piro" Hiroshi requested to merge clear-code/CardBook:piro-localized-name into master

I regurally use the roman version of my name ”YUKI Hiroshi” in existing OSS codes, but it is originally spelled as 結城 洋志 in Japanese. By this change, both versions are displayed as my name.
