Add MSCZ file format support

Hello @Caointean , Thanks for the tool. Trying a first generation, it looks great. I tried this output format generation via this cl : python3 pyradiddles.py -f mxml -o ~/single.musicxml. And the upload via musescore did not succeed (nothing happening). Could you check please ? Many thanks!
